Screen Printing
| screen-print-ing - n.- A stencil method of printmaking in which a design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface. |
Screen printing is a versatile method of printing that allows us to produce work as simple as a line of text, or as complicated as a full color photograph on a variety of garments including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, caps, bags and more.

Each color that will be printed on your garment is produced on an individual screen, and then the colors are layered on top of each other, going from lightest to darkest color until the final image is completed.
Finally, the ink is cured, and the garments are ready for delivery to you. |
With our 12 color fully automated presses, we can produce up to 900 shirts an hour, so no job is too big! |
Embroidery
| embroidery - n.- Ornamentation of fabric with needle work. | From simple names on bags or jackets, to elaborate full color murals, our top of the line embroidery machines can stitch any design you want on a variety of products including shirts, caps, bags, aprons and more.

Finishing Department
| The Finishing Department’s main function is to label, sticker and package each product that leaves Qti. | Every product is different, from scree-printed or embroidered apparel, to the smallest promotional product. Our goal is to support the compliance requirements of our clients. Each client presents a unique set of conditions that must be met in order for the goods to be accepted by the end user. Standard operating procedures and quality control checks ensure proper presentation and correctness of information both of which are required to mitigate the possibility of charge backs.

Qti’s finishing department has a long and consistent history of very few charge backs. The staff of the finishing department takes great pride in their work and can be counted on to get your order ready and out the door on time every time. |
Pack-n-Pull
| Another service offered is Pack-n-Pack (Also known as inventory management or real time inventory) | Pack-n-Pull is a premium service that allows customers to print bulk orders for stock. QTI personnel then ships out these goods based on individual orders sent to our facility. Partner this with our company store program for the ultimate in automation between you and your end users. |
Shipping and Receiving
Qti’s Shipping and Inventory Management department prides itself on knowing our clientele and anticipating their needs. |
We believe the quality of our service is what separates us from our competition. We strive to exceed expectations and add value to every transaction. Our department consists of three basic entities including Receiving, Inventory Control and Shipping. When blank product hits our warehouse, Receiving verifies contents, counts goods, and enters the count on each SKU into a unique item number in our system. These products are then moved to the warehouse where Inventory Control personnel assign locations and the goods are stored until they are called out to be printed. |
Once scheduled for printing, the items are pulled and sent to the production floor. Upon completion of printing, our Shipping department takes over. The shipping department receives shipping requests from the clients and ships products within hours. We utilize UPS, FedEx and DHL for small shipments. We maintain relationships with most LTL carriers for larger shipments and can arrange for full trailers of 48’ and 53’ if needed. |
